It’s been a year since I have started my business.

This is the year 2018.

Basically, I bet myself. I challenge myself.

I never regret it if I lose something during this period.

However, I have always positive about the challenges.

For instance, in the next 30 days, I have to follow and implement or install some important habits.

Throughout my life, I have followed this kind of small bets or challenges and installed a lot of good habits.

This habit installation comes to me from the early 20s because at that time I was in a condition that I was “nobody”.

There were a lot of personal issues like couldn’t join in any college, my father was in a condition that he needs support for everything.

He was affected by paralysis and he collapsed entirely. It took almost a year to recover from this.

At that time, I was with him and helping him out. No one told me to take care of him but I took it myself as the responsibility.

After I have completed 12th grade, another three years was like a mystery for me.

Planning to write what happened in those three years in a separate instance.

I was telling you about the habit installation, right?

I read a lot and never give up my reading habits though I have given up a lot of things in my life just like that.

From all the books, I will take the life lesson and try to implement it in my life (Only the habits which I think it will improve my life in a better way).

Still, I keep following this habit.

It really worked out well.

I can see the improvements in my body language, the language that I am using in any conversation, the thought process…in every aspect of my life is becoming so nice.

Why am I telling all this story now?

During this one year of an entrepreneurial journey, I have invested a lot of TIME, Energy, and Money.

In this one year, I have achieved as an entrepreneur:

1. I have become a full-time entrepreneur (Means, there’s no second thought about quitting or giving up this journey. This is the most important transformation in an Entrepreneur’s life).
2. I have written a book on the topic ” The Power Of Counseling” which gave me a great reputation on Personal Branding.
3. I am able to sell my products/services to customers/clients.
4. I am able to make a partnership with like-minded people. This is another milestone in an Entrepreneurship to scale up the business and also to be mutually benefitted out of this collaboration.
5. My business network has been grown. Am able to meet a lot of people to collaborate with.
6. I tried to speak on the YouTube channel (Career Mudhra). Both English and Tamil. This is another milestone that I believe in this journey and it gave me the hope that I can handle any crowd.

Now, I would like to test this in abroad.

At that time, I met one of my friends who’s Canada.

I have described this business model how am running in India and I would want to expand this to abroad.

He’s taken all my inputs and he gave a lot of inputs on how we can implement in Canada.

This is not only restricted to Career oriented program and also would want to expand on the Software Services too.

This is an important period in this journey for how one can plan for anything to expand the business.

There was lots of confusion about how can we position ourselves in the market.

In front of me, there were questions:

1. What about the future of Career Mudhra?
2. If I am planning on Software Development and Services, what are we going to do?
3. If we are planning to go for software development, is there any connection between this with Career Mudhra?

This is the phase in which I had to undergo a lot of transformation from small business ideas to medium business ideas to sustain our growth.
